TN Supreme Court Holds Information Otherwise Available From Original Sources Is Discoverable But Not From Peer Review Committee

Information provided to a hospital’s credentialing committee that is “otherwise available from original sources” may be discoverable, but not directly from the committee and only to the extent the information is not otherwise privileged, the Tennessee Supreme Court ruled May 14.
